The Painful Ghost

My Father Had Just finished reading to me, and had left the room. I closed my eyes, trying to go to sleep, when a blast of wind hit my window. Then my door shook (I could tell Because the clothes rack was rattling). I know those encounters can be easily explained, but what came next can't. A painful slap caught me by surprise. I felt like someone punched me, hard, in the arm. I shut my eyes immediatly. About ten minutes later, the pain was still in my arm, but I got up the courage to look over where my arm was hit. There was nothing. Nothing had fallen off my desk on to me, but I wasn't dreaming because of the pain in my arm. I told my Mother in the morning, among other people, but no one believed me. Now, two years later, that experience is still fresh in my mind.
